UMass Memorial Health – Community Healthlink (CHL) provides integrated and coordinated behavioral health care services to more than 22,000 individuals, couples, and families in the communities of central and north Worcester County and throughout Massachusetts. It’s what we do. Our "Front Door" model provides 24/7 access. We are there when you need us.
We have been providing behavioral health and recovery services longer than anyone else in Central Massachusetts. Our linkage with UMass Memorial Health Care and Medical Center connects you with world class integrated care right in your back yard.

CHL has Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation, a significant designation in the industry, and signals our commitment to continually improving services, encouraging feedback, and serving our community.
CHL is also a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), which means we provide comprehensive behavioral health care services that are coordinated with the care received from other health care providers.
